Prince William is sharing a welcome update to well-wishers. The 41-year-old received flowers from and chatted with fans, in Newcastle, England on April 30, who asked the prince how his family was doing amid his wife Kate Middleton’s cancer diagnosis. “All doing well, thank you,” William shared in part. The Princess of Wales had announced her diagnosis in a moving video in late March and revealed she was undergoing “preventative chemotherapy” treatment.
